Thread for bold logos. Weave for fine detail.
Embroidered patches and badges are stitched with thick thread, so bold shapes stand proud of the fabric. Woven patches, also called woven badges, are made on a loom with much finer thread, so small text and thin lines stay crisp. Both take the same backings and cost the same.

Pick size, quantity and backing, upload a logo, a photo or a sketch, and pay by card, or by invoice or purchase order for organisations. No designer needed.
Check your digital proof
We redraw your artwork for production and email you a proof. Change it until it is right. There is no limit on revisions.
Approve it
Nothing is made until you say yes. Approve by email, or tell us what to change.
Receive your order
Made in 4 to 6 weeks from approval, then delivered: £10 to the UK, £15 to Ireland and the EU.
Pick a date and we tell you the day your proof needs approving, allowing 4 to 6 weeks of making plus delivery.

Prices on the page. No quote, no waiting.
Embroidered or woven, 60 mm, sew-on backing. The more you order, the less each piece costs. Prices include VAT.
Iron-on adds £0.10, self-adhesive £0.20, hook-and-loop (velcro) £0.60 per piece. Pin badges from £2.73 at 50 and £0.56 at 2,500. Every size and quantity is on the prices page.

What is the minimum order?
50 pieces per design for patches, badges and pin badges, then in steps of 10. We cannot go lower: 50 is what keeps the price per piece where it is. Several designs in one order are fine.
How long does it take?
4 to 6 weeks from when you approve your proof, plus delivery. Tell us your deadline when you order and we confirm it can be met when we send your proof.
Do I see a proof before anything is made?
Yes. After you order we email you a digital proof. Nothing is made until you approve it, and you can change it as often as you need. Changed your mind before you approve it? Cancel and we refund you in full.
What artwork do you need?
Anything we can read: a logo file (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG or PNG), a photo or a sketch. We redraw it for production at no charge.
Can you make a patch from a photo?
Not in thread. Embroidered and woven patches work from solid colours and clear shapes, so we simplify photos and gradients on the proof and show you before anything is made.
Which backing should I choose?
Sew-on for anything washed often, iron-on for quick application on cotton, hook-and-loop (velcro) to swap patches between garments, self-adhesive for one-off events.
Can you invoice my school or organisation?
Yes. Every order comes with an invoice, and organisations can pay by invoice or purchase order. We email an invoice when you order and start your proof once it is paid by bank transfer.
Are there setup or mould fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay, for patches and for pin badges. Delivery is shown before you check out.
